About Shane O’Donnell
For Shane, adventure was always a part of growing up in Zimbabwe. Some of his most enjoyable work was guiding intrepid travellers on safari along the Zambezi River, with its natural wonders and prolific wildlife. It’s Shane’s life experience that led him to create Praxis and become a Mindset Guide to help everyone experience the life they’ve always wanted.
After his first million-dollar milestone at 30 years-old and being a Director of a publicly-listed company, life took an unexpected turn when Shane moved his family to Australia in his 30’s. He lost everything in a dismal business failure and took on debt.
He’d moved from being well established and having a thriving career to being broke. He quotes, “it just felt like life was punching me in the gut every day.”
Yet, what looked like a disastrous setback, turned out to be his greatest lesson.
With his back against the wall, and at the time no formal education, he had no choice but to find answers and get his family out of debt. Let’s say, he was very open to ideas and the new opportunity everyone has, but few ever recognize.
That’s when he discovered Bob Proctor's book; You Were Born Rich. This book and Bob's learning material he believes was the starting point to his life changing forever. He was able to turn his paradigm of his life being a disastrous failure into a success. And Shane rebuilt his life from zero.
Now Shane is doing what Bob and many other incredible mentors did for him. Helping other business owners and ambitious individuals overcome uncertainty and confusion to realise what's possible for them.
We intend to make mindset literacy, mainstream.
In 2021, Shane became a Certified Proctor Gallagher Consultant. We’re certified to facilitate the Thinking into Results Personal Leadership Learning System, designed for business leaders, high achievers, and individuals who’ve decided to make it their mission to discover freedom in business and financial independence.
